1. Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping when orders over $60 to most countries such as Britain, USA, Canada and Australia (except Iceland).

If your order is under $60, there is a $20 shipping charge.

If the shipping address is in Iceland, we need to charge at least $80 for shipping.

Due to the current saddening events, we are unable to ship to Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

2. Order Preparation

If it is in stock, we will prepare and ship the goods within 24 working hours after you place the order.

If it is out of stock, we will prepare and ship the goods within 48 working hours after you place the order.

If it is a hand-made custom product, we will prepare and ship the goods within 2-3 working days after you place the order.

After we ship your order, we will send you a detailed shipping information email, including the tracking number and query website.

Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This will may delay shipment.

3. Shipping Time

We provide you with international delivery service, so the shipping time will be about 7-10 days.

  • 7-12 days: USA, United Kingdom, France, Poland, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Italy, Austria, Germany, Malaysia, Viet Nam, Philippines, Israel, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands
  • 10-25 days: others

★Delivery times = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time

If you need to send gifts, you can contact us for an expedited order.

At the same time, you can also customize a special engraved service for your gift for free when orders over $60.

4. Modify and Cancel the order

Before the goods are shipped, you can modify the order information by yourself.

But after the goods are shipped, you cannot modify or cancel the order.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

If the package you received is damaged or defective, please send us a feedback email as soon as possible.

If the goods we received are intact, we will arrange a return or exchange for you within 3 days.

We cannot offer refunds to orders that are being cleared by customs or any product that cannot be returned to our warehouse.

If your package is delayed by your carrier it is the job of the customer to contact the carrier to resolve any issues.

Minerva cannot issue refunds for product that is being held by the carrier. In the event of a lost package, the carrier is responsible for locating the package for the customer.

  • Lost or stolen packages: On occasion packages never arrive at their destination. If the carrier has confirmed delivery of the package, no replacement order will be sent. Claims for missing packages shown as delivered should be handled directly with the carrier or local police department.

6.Delivery Area

Products on this site can be shipped to most countries such as US, UK, Canada, Australia.

However, it should be noted that the weather in Iceland is complex and the shipping time is slow, and we need to charge at least $80 for shipping. If the shipping address is in Iceland, you need to contact us first by email: surpport@minervasilver.com.

Due to the current sad events, we are unable to ship to Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Please note: The above information is for reference only. For the same country, the shipping time varies from region to region. We are constantly improving our service, and we will try our best to find more and better carriers to work with.

If the goods are not delivered on time, we very much regret your delayed receipt of the goods and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the delayed compensation of the goods. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.
